- Students and teachers will not contact directly to an instructor or an employee of Bilal Ahmed Academy for the purpose of rendering any kind of services or offering a paid or unpaid assignment or a job.
- Public holidays, government off days and other unavoidable off days will be considered as non-claimable days and Bilal Ahmed Academy will not compensate any person/institute in this regard.
- Right of given admission, certificate after the completion of course will remain reserved. Any misrepresentation of pre-qualification will be subjected to disqualification from the course without refund of fee.
- All payments once made in favor of Bilal Ahmed Academy will not be refunded.
- All payments through banks will not include any bank charges, transaction charges, etc.; these will be borne by the student/teacher.
- Any markup, wire charges (in case of overseas payments), and currency exchange inter-bank rate differences and charges will be borne by the student/teacher/payer.
- All prices, courses and offers on this website are subject to change without notice.
- Any discrepancy in the quoted fee at different places will come under human error, technical error, etc. The payer can verify or confirm with the management of Bilal Ahmed Academy before submission.
- Bilal Ahmed Academy reserves the right to change the fee structure at any stage. Also, the price of any offer, course, or service can be changed at any time. However, the fee at the time of admission will apply to that particular student/teacher who applied on that date.
- Bilal Ahmed Academy can change or even cancel an ongoing training program due to justifiable reasons. Any change will be communicated to the students, teachers, and trainer alike. Lost time or gaps will be bridged accordingly.
- Bilal Ahmed Academy will respect the needs of students/teachers and the time of the instructor. Prior notice will be delivered to all stakeholders through available communication channels, whether public or private.
- Any rescheduling or announcement of a new date and time will be done with the consent of the instructor and students/teachers, along with the management of the relevant premises in case of onsite training programs.
